Past event
Jamia Masjid Sayyidah Zainab (Radi Allah Anha) was established on the blessed day of Jum’atul Wida’ Ramadan 23rd, 1439 under the guidance of Professor Imam Syed Badiuddin Soharwardy. SZMCC and all its affiliates adhere to the creed of Ahl-us-Sunnah wa-Al-Jama’ah, following the traditions of A’la Hazrat Imam Ahmed Raza Khan Brelvi (Rahmatullah Alaih) and Hazrat Allama Syed Muhammad Riyazuddin Soharwardy (Rahmatullah Alaih).
Our Philosophy
Knowledge
Acquiring knowledge of Islam is mandatory for every Muslim man and woman.
Understanding
The love and respect for Prophet Muhammadﷺ, his Progeny, and his Companions are the key to the understanding of the Qur’an and Islam.
Worship
Islam is a way of life. Living according to the guidance of Allah and Prophet Muhammadﷺ is the best form of worship (Ibadah).
Spirituality
The companionship of righteous people (اولیأ اللہ) strengthens the spiritual health, which makes a person Mo’addab (good etiquette and manners).
Service
Being in service to others is the duty of every Muslim.
Community
Muslims are one community. They love and serve Allah’s creation and invite towards good and forbid evil.
